Craig is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers. He graduated from the University of Strathclyde where he studied Accounting & Finance at the Business School.

Prior to joining Nexum, Craig spent 26 years at Deloitte within the Audit & Assurance function, including 13 years as an equity partner holding senior leadership positions in the UK, Switzerland and the Middle East. Craig predominantly worked in the financial services sector throughout his career and has considerable experience in banking, payments services and of public companies. As an advisory partner in Deloitte, he specialized in transactions and finance transformation.

Mary Beth Buchanan, Chief Legal Officer for Nexum Capital, Inc., is a technology leader, with deep experience counseling fintech and blockchain companies. Most recently serving as President of the Americas and Global Chief Legal Officer at Merkle Science, she has also been Chief Legal Officer to Bitstamp and Kraken.

Prior to her in-house roles, she was a partner with Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, in the firm’s White-Collar Defense, Investigations, Securities Litigation and Enforcement Group.

Earlier in her career, Mary Beth served as the United States Attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania, having been the first woman in Pennsylvania's history to be presidentially appointed to this position.

Mary Beth also held several posts at the DOJ, including serving as the Director of the Executive Office for United States Attorneys, Acting Director of the DOJ’s Office on Violence Against Women, Chair of the Attorney General’s Advisory Committee, and member of the U.S. SCOGAC.

Mary Beth also currently serves as the Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Cardano Foundation and as a Strategic Advisor to the NEAR Foundation.

Graeme graduated from the Business School at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow in 1998 with a first class honours degree in accounting and economics and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of Scotland since 2000.

Prior to joining Nexum Capital Inc in January 2024, Graeme spent 25 years in Deloitte’s UK Audit & Assurance practice leading complex audits of listed companies, mainly in the financial service sector.

In his advisory role, Graeme has worked across many industries specialising in bank treasury and financial risk management, structured funding transactions and other complex financial instrument matters, UK financial services regulatory reporting, and internal controls relating to risk management and financial reporting.

Constantinos Mylonakis holds a Bsc (Hons) in Maritime Business from Plymouth University and an MSc in International Transport from Cardiff University.

Constantinos has been involved in bunker hedging and trading for more than 13 years. He has held senior management positions for O.W. Bunker Malta and Mercuria Energy Trading.

Overall, he has been involved in various executive roles in the shipping industry for more than twenty years.

Kristiana Ndreka Aboud has a long experience in sales, marketing and investment relations, starting from 2011 at Vodafone.

In 2014 Kristiana started her private education in the areas of finance and FX trading. Kristiana created and educated a large network of financial agents specializing in the crypto industry.

In 2019 Kristiana became an advisor and a development consultant of a bunkering company in Monaco. Now she leads the Investment relations of Nexum.

Dimitrii Matiushin has graduated as BBA student from the University of Applied Sciences in Finland (JAMK). Dimitrii joined crypto space in 2017 and ever since he is witnessing ups & downs of the industry.

His primary focus was an intraday trading and token analysis. Dimitrii strongly believes that it is impossible to understand the market and its movement unless you have skin in the game.

Pursuing his interest in the industry Dimitrii joined a crypto-marketing agency. He became a leading marketer helping crypto projects to unleash their potential as well as to reach target audience of token holder and community members. His fresh and innovative vision is the core of Nexum marketing.
